Pseudoscience and medical quackery: "gender affirming care", especially pediatric. No evidence base. Plenty of systematic reviews out of the Europe, in particular the Cass report from the UK. Also a suppressed review from Johns Hopkins in the US, publication blocked by WPATH (which paid for it, and did not like the results). This IMO rises to the level of an ongoing crime against humanity, one that is fully supported by Democrats in office.
Racism: government-enforced race-based preferences (aka "affirmative action"), firmly supported by all Democrats in office, but soundly rejected by the people. In California in 2020, Biden beat Trump 2 to 1, but on the exact SAME ballot an intiative to restore race-based preferences in state contracting and state college admissions FAILED, 55% to 45%. Even in deep-blue California, the people REJECT race-based preferences and believe in the justice of colorblind policy.

The biggest problem with finding a narrative for the Democratic Party is that Trump (as loathsome as he may be) is correct on a number of national issues and the Democrats are stone wrong. We don't want open borders. We don't want men in women's sports and showering with our daughters.
We don't want children who are confused about their sex to have their breasts or genitals removed.
We don't want people to be discriminated against on the basis of race or gender today because in the past we discriminated on the basis of race and gender. We don't want our freedom of speech curtailed because we might hurt someone's feelings. We don't want criminal behavior and rampant homelessness (whatever the cause) to make our cities unlivable for regular people. If Democrats would seriously address these issues they would have their narrative and begin to again win elections.
"the Sunday Shows, which are watched by approximately zero persuadable voters" is exactly correct and I think it indicates where a lot of misplaced emphasis and effort happens in this area.
Democrats have a "what" problem, but it's nowhere near as harmful as their "where" problem. The party's people and ideas do not exist in the spaces where persuadable voters get their information and form their worldview and the party as it stands is almost entirely incapable of communicating in the register of those spaces. The institutional party as such is being ignored far more than it's being rejected.
The Joe Rogan show is an overused but instructive example. Adapt the texture and tone of the message to fit that space and you'll have gone most of the way to fixing the content just through that very exercise.
I am a registered Democrat and have been for 50 years. But I now vote straight Republican.
Here are the three things the Democrats must do to get my vote again:
1) Reject racism.
2) Reject transgenderist misogyny.
3) Reject pseudoscience and medical quackery.
Of course they will do none of these things.
What pseudoscience and medical quackery? What racism?

Democrats should learn to fight and be passionate in what they believe
For that we need a NEW GENERATION of leaders, and get rid of the passive, useless, current establishment. They are beholden to AIPAC
The AI videos that the Orangeman makes is purely for his BASE, they will eat it up. Don't pay any attention to them
